Returns and exchanges

Contact contact@futlandofc.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. For an order delivered in parts, this starts when the last item arrives. Send the items within 14 days of notifying us. We will provide return instructions by email.

You may try items on as you would in a shop. Please return them with their labels and packaging where possible. A deduction for diminished value may apply only where lawful and caused by handling beyond what is needed to inspect an item.

Customers pay return postage unless an item is defective or incorrect. FutLand reimburses return postage for EU and UK customers. One size exchange per order includes free replacement shipping, subject to availability; any price difference will be agreed first.

Personalized items and cancellations

Items made to your specifications, including applied names, numbers or patches, are excluded from change-of-mind returns where the law permits. Defective, incorrect or misdescribed items remain covered. Cancellation is available before shipment, including personalized orders. Email us promptly with your order number.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of a return, or confirmation of a cancellation. For statutory EU/UK withdrawal, we refund within 14 calendar days of your notice, but may wait for the returned goods or evidence of dispatch where allowed. Standard outbound delivery charges are refunded where required. Your payment provider may need additional processing time.

Promotional orders

When you return part of a Buy 2, Get 1 Free order, the offer is recalculated for the eligible shirts you keep. For example, three $49 shirts cost $98: keeping two and returning one gives no refund; keeping one gives a $49 refund; returning all gives a $98 refund. We will explain the calculation before you return items. This rule does not restrict mandatory rights or remedies for faulty goods.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable remedies for defects, non-delivery or goods not as described.
